At i-Pharm Learning and Development is not just reserved for junior staff, it’s part of our DNA. We firmly believe that good people want to get better, a belief that aligned nicely with the High Performing Leaders training undertaken by a group from our Executive Leadership Team last month. It was an intense week but one that was hugely valuable and the takeaways that are already having a positive impact across the business.
